Weldvis의 WL2-H7WC 시리즈는 작업환경에 따라 수냉(Water Cooling) 또는 공냉(Air Cooling)으로 냉각 방식을 선택하여 사용 할 수 있는 전천후 용접 모니터링 비전 카메라로서, 특히, 장시간 동안 고온에서 사용해야 하는 파이프 육성용접 공정과 붐(BOOM) 내면용접 및 조관 공정의 내면용접 모니터링에 적합하도록 설계 되었습니다.

WL2-H7WC 시리즈는 감광 돗트필터를 사용하지 않고, 140dB+ HDR의 고성능 다이나믹 레인지 이미지 처리 기술을 통해 TIG, PAW, FCAW, MIG / CO2와 같은 산업계의 다양한 용접 프로세스에서 용접아크(Welding Arc), 용가재(Filler Metal), 용융풀(Molten Pool), 용접비드(Weld Bead) 및 용접심(Welding Seam)등을 모니터링할 수 있습니다.

WL2-H7WC 시리즈는 고해상도 전용렌즈와 4개의 고휘도 화이트 LED조명을 기본으로 장착하여 먼지나 스패터 등으로부터 오염을 방지하는 강화유리 윈도우를 채용 하였습니다.

Weldvis' WL2-H7WC series is an all-round welding monitoring vision camera with water or air cooling depending on the working environments, specially designed to work for the all-day-welding at high temperature applications such as Pipe Clad welding, Boom welding and Inner-seam monitoring at the tube mills.

WL2-H7WC series with 140dB+ HDR high performance dynamic range image processing technology without using the conventional black dot-filter enables you to see the weld arcs, weld beads, molten pools and filler metal as well as the weld seam in various welding processes in industries such as TIG, PAW, FCAW, MIG / CO2.

WL2-H7WC series adopts a tempered glass window that prevents damage from heat as well as contamination on a high-resolution Dedicated lens and four high-powered white LED lights from dust and spatter.
